To Report a Lost or Stolen Bank Card
During banking hours, please call 1-801-545-6000 to report your lost or stolen card. A friendly customer service representative will need to ask you a few questions and will be able to place a block on your card number.
After banking hours, to report a lost or stolen card, please call (800) 535-8440.
A block will be placed on your card. The representative at this number will not be able to order you a new card.
You will then need to contact the bank and speak with a Customer Service Representative during normal business hours who will arrange for a new card.
