EMV Chip Cards

Coming this Fall!

emv Chip cards will be available this fall. your card will be mailed to the address on file.

Please call 801-545-6000 to ensure we have the correct phone number and address on file as well as your preferred contact information.

 

Once your card arrives you should immediately follow these steps:

1. Activate and Sign

Follow the activation instructions enclosed with your new card to begin using. NOTE: You will need to setup a PIN for the new card. Your old pin can be used.

2. Destroy Your Old Card

Call to ensure your old debit card has been deactivated (801)545-6000. Once your new EMV Chip card is activated and working properly, please destroy your old card.

3. Update your card information on any recurring payments

Your card has a new number so if you have any recurring payments that use the old debit card number you will need to update those accounts. This applies only to debit card payments, not payments by account number or Online Bill Pay.
