Personalize You PIN Today

Keeping your banking information secure is our first priority, making it more accessible is our second.
As a part of our ongoing efforts which have included enhancements to both online and mobile banking, we are adding 24-hour access to card member services and the ability to customize your PIN. This change will mean that you need to complete a one-time customization of your PIN through a secure automated phone system. If you have previously customized your PIN in the branch, you will still need to go through this security step to set your customized PIN.
You do not need to know your existing PIN to change it.

To complete the process, please have the following ready before you call.
Full Debit Card number (not account number)
Last 4 of the SSN for the card holder
Telephone number that is on file with the Bank
The 3 digit CVV (security code) on the back of the card
Expiration date of the card

To update your PIN, dial: 866.985.2273.
Enter Full Card Number followed by # symbol
Enter Last 4 of Card holder SSN followed by # symbol
Press “1” to change PIN
Enter Phone number on file with the bank followed by # symbol
Enter the 3 digit CVV code followed by # symbol
Enter expiration date in MMYY format followed by # symbol
Enter desired PIN followed by # symbol
Re-enter desired PIN to confirm followed by # symbol
